Hello and happy summer!

There is a group of folks who are still waiting on post from me.  Between life, work, and the Somninauts Kickstarter things got a little shuffled up and folks who were a little late to the BackerKit and folks waiting on t-shirts found themselves at the bottom of my "to-do" list.  

Apologies for the wait.

The final wave of shipments will head out the door starting first thing Monday morning.

There are still some backers that haven't responded to the BackerKit survey.  If you want in on this shipping wave, then please fill out your survey before Monday morning.  (I'm calling this the "Final Wave," but that doesn't mean I won't ship your record if you send your survey sometime in the future.  I just won't consider that a "wave.")

Spider Wizard is (almost completely) Shipped!

Thank you all so much for all of your support for this project!  It's been so cool to see these records land in your homes and spin on your turntables. 

As of later this afternoon, about 98% of all of the rewards will be in the post.  This includes domestic and international, all tiers of pledges, and almost all of the add-ons.

There are a handful of folks who finished their BackerKit survey a little late (and a few who still haven't finished their survey).  These rewards will go out the door very, very soon.

If you got a t-shirt add-on, then please know that you will receive your record and other rewards in this initial shipping phase, but your t-shirt will not arrive until later in May.  I do not want to delay the shipping of your game/record and cards.  The t-shirt process is slower than I anticipated and my lack of proper planning has created delays in receiving your merch.  Do not worry.  Once I get the t-shirts, I will ship them separately at no additional cost to you.  All it costs you is just a few weeks of additional time.

Shipping Notice Emails

Folks,

Most of you have received an email generated by Shipstation saying your package has shipped, but without any tracking information.  Not sure what I did wrong, but Shipstation did not populate the tracking information into the email it sent out to everyone.

If you want to track your package, then go to BackerKit.  BackerKit will have your tracking information link.

Shipping Batches Away!

Super happy to report that the shipping is on its way out the door.

Batch number 1 (consisting of about 130 orders) is boxed, stamped, and ready to go.

Batch number 2 (consisting of about 120 orders) should be boxed and stamped by the end of today.

Batch number 3 (consisting of about 100 orders) should be boxed and stamped by Wednesday.

Batch number 4 will be all remaining orders.  This consists of six-pack backers, folks who ordered t-shirts, and everyone that still needs to respond to the BackerKit survey and/or pay for shipping.

Not a huge update, but I wanted to let you know where I am with shipping.

Using BackerKit took a little longer than anticipated.  What I mean is that BackerKit charges cards and finalizes addresses in a very methodical manner that adds days to turn around time and significantly slows the process of funds being made available to a creator.

I've been waiting for your shipping payments to clear and then to hit my bank account so that I can pay to get these records shipped to you.  That looks like it finally cleared this weekend.  Thus, shipping will begin in earnest this week, with most of the work being completed this weekend.  This is a delay from what I promised in the last update, so I wanted to make sure you were all up to speed on what's happening here behind the curtain.
